By downloading, installing, or using Tamer ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Tamer is a self-discipline and habit-tracking application that helps users monitor and reduce certain behaviors. The app provides session logging, streak tracking, analytics, achievements, and emergency tools (panic button with breathing exercises and timers).
Tamer offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions managed via Apple's App Store. Subscription plans and pricing are displayed within the app and managed through Superwall. All payments are processed by Apple — we do not handle payment information directly.
If a free trial is offered, it provides full access to premium features for the trial duration. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You will not be charged during the trial period.
Tamer is a self-improvement and habit-tracking tool only. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, therapy service, or substitute for professional treatment. The app does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice of any kind.
The content, features, and data presented in the app — including streaks, analytics, and achievements — are for informational and motivational purposes only. They should not be interpreted as clinical assessments or treatment recommendations.
If you are experiencing psychological distress, compulsive behavior, addiction, or any mental health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional, licensed therapist, or counselor. Do not delay seeking professional help based on anything presented in this app.
You acknowledge that you use the app entirely at your own risk and discretion.
You agree to use Tamer only for its intended purpose. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, or attempt to extract source code from it.
All content, design, code, and trademarks within Tamer are the property of AppCabal. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Tamer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific expectations or requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppCabal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Your use of Tamer is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All personal habit data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without prior notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AppCabal operates.
